MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY:

1. To undertake, carry on and engaged in the business as Planners, Builders and Civil Engineers, contractors, to build, construct, own, operate, maintain, manage, control and administer, earth works, farm house, parks, gardens, houses, duplex Apartments, Commercial, Residential or Industrial building Complex, Retail Stores, Shopping Centres, Market yards, all kinds of cinema theatres and studios and deal in, manage and carry on all types of business and profession related to land dealings, buildings, farms, estates, properties, areas and sites.
2. To carry on the business of contractors, sub-contractor, for government, semi-government bodies, corporations, companies, societies, bodies corporate, firms, individuals, schools, clubs, private works and other bodies, and to undertake contracts and sub-contracts relating construction, modification, repairing, alteration, construction, removal, redesigning, enlarging, improving and designing of civil work, building for whatever use, roads, approach roads, streets, circles, squares, parks, gardens, parking places, bridges, dams, water courses, reservoirs, tunnels, earth works, sewers and, tanks, drains, lighthouses, towers, transmission towers, pipe lines, all kinds of underground cables, railway tracks and sidings, airports, shipyards, culverts, channels, all kinds of power projects and any other works and structures, to enter into any arrangement by way of a turnkey project involving supply of technical, civil, financial, administrative, plant and merchandise, information, knowledge and experience and as such, undertake for and on behalf of a client to set up ay plant or project in or outside India, to carry on the business of engineers, builders, contractors of civil, mechanical or structural projects in relation to development of housing and infrastructure projects and to construct, execute, carry out, set up, equip, improve, work, develop, administer, manage or control in India or elsewhere of public or private constructions works.

To conceive, plan, survey, design, study and evaluate all steps, process, techniques and methods for setting up of all types of infrastructure projects, facilities, works and to finance, build, construct, install, erect, undertake, lay down, commission, establish, own, operate, manage, control and administer, lease, transfer, all infrastructure projects, facilities, works including industrial and technology parks, hospitals, clubs, tanks, restaurants, baths, places of worship, amusements, gardens, libraries, stadiums, pavilions, multi-storeyed complexes, parking spaces, dairy farms, roads, bridges, flyovers, highways, roadways, rail roads, railways stations, platforms, railway yards, railway tracks including gauge conversions thereof, buildings, dams, canals, reservoirs, water supply systems, hotels, sewerage and underground drainage systems, airports, seaports, berths, docks and marine structures of all type, irrigation projects, civil projects, environmental based projects and equipments, pipeline projects, oil exploration projects and any other projects, to carry on the business of purchase, acquire, lease or in exchange or in any other lawful manner any land, buildings, structures or properties of any kind for the purpose of investment or resale and to develop the same into town ships, markets or other buildings, residential, industrial or commercial complexes and to equip the same or any part thereof with all or any amenities or conveniences including water, drainage and electric installations and infrastructure or betterment facilities.

To promote and develop infrastructure projects within the country or outside in various areas like State and National Highways, Flyovers, Elevated Roads, Toll Roads, Expressways, Road over Road (ROR), airport Runways, Light Rail Transit System(LRTS), Mass Rapid Transit System(MRTS), Via Ducts, Metro Railways, Sea Ports, and Airports, power plants, LNG and other petro products, construct Transmission Lines, and take over distribution of power, and / or operate power plants, telecommunication systems, software and industrial technology parks, water supply, sewerage and public health scheme, pipeline projects, tunnel. Irrigation schemes and any other projects directly or indirectly associated with infrastructural facilities, on build, own, operate (BOO), build, own and transfer (BOT), build, own, operate, share and transfer (BOOST) or any other similar scheme, to take up turnkey contacts/projects within the country and outside and maintenance of such turnkey projects after completion.
5. To buy, take on lease or carry on the business of acquiring on lease, or under license, concession, grant or otherwise acquire, granite and other mines, mine ores and mining rights in any metalliferous lands in India or elsewhere and otherwise to explore, prospect and otherwise search for granite and other ore, mines and quarries and to raise, extract, buy, sell, import, export or otherwise deal in such ores and extracts in their raw form or blocks after crushing, refining and polishing and to carry on business as manufacture, dealers, distributors, merchants, exporters, importers, stockiest, and agents for all kinds of cutting and polishing materials and chemicals for the processing and finishing of granites stone and other mine and mineral products.
